• Phone/s equipped with OpenVPN Client. Most Telespex phones are equipped with OpenVPN Client. 

• Knowledge of Configuring Routers

• No monthly service charges by Telespex

• ISPs usually charge a fixed monthly fee for static IPs

• Router or Server with OpenVPN at US site

Support: 

• Other than generic instructions, no support is provided or offered by Telespex

• It is up to the end user/customer to contact their ISP and Device manufacturers for support
