Call Automations: Overview

Call Automations are technologies that interact with your customers ​or employees reach a common goal quickly. This saves you time and money.

Caller-IDx™: 

Caller-IDx adds information to the Caller-ID about the incoming call, allowing your employees to answer calls for multiple departments, knowing the nature of the call prior to answering.

 

For example if a call is about Sales or Support the phone will display:

[SALES - (212) 555-1212]    or    [SUPPORT - (212) 555-1212]
